Buffalo Tree Farm is a family owned farm in Northwest Missouri.  Like you, the customer, we at Buffalo Tree Farm take the health of our family and livestock seriously.  We are an environmentally conscious business practicing good stewardship with our land and resources.  The produce we offer you is from the same family garden that we eat and process for ourselves.  All our animals are raised right here in Missouri on our local farm for optimum health in the most natural way possible.  Our farm range chickens are allowed to run around the farm during most of the year.  In addition to foraging off the land our chickens are fed natural grains with no animal byproducts, soy or medications.  We provide a large yard and shed for them to lay their eggs and have a safe shelter from predators and weather.  We do not stress our chickens with artifical light.  While this causes a decline in egg production during the winter months our hens are calmer and allowed to enjoy many natural years of egg laying.  Thank you for your patronage!
